Ingredients:
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
Preparation:
Cook rice, or use left overs (about 2.5-3 tightly packed, cooked) mix all ingredients less cinnamon in a large bowl - mixture will be soupy.Pour into greased baking dish or pan.
top with cinnamon
Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven, mixing partway through.
